SPAY NEUTER POLICY AKC LOW SHED LAB PUPPIES

Your initial deposit is "Non Refundable".  However, with proof of spay neuter as outlined on this page, you can receive your initial deposit back.  Proof must be submitted within 14 days of surgery.    We will not debate this with you or make exceptions.  If you do not agree, please choose a different breeder.  There is a page that outlines the most prominent Doctor's of Veterinary research throughout the world that outlines the reasoning behind this position, titled "Spay Neuter Debunked".

Spay Neuter Agreement:  

I agree to have the pup that I am adopting from Chicago AKC Low Shed Lab Puppies spay/neutered no later than 9 months from date of birth by a licensed veterinarian of my choosing.  I understand that proof must be submitted within 14 days of surgery.  I acknowledge that I am responsible for all costs associated with the spay/neuter of my pet and that Chicago AKC Low Shed Lab Puppies bears no obligation for these costs.  I understand that in order to adopt a pup from Chicago AKC Low Shed Lab Puppies, the initial $500 non refundable deposit will be held until proof as outlined on this page is successfully submitted, reviewed, and verified.  Upon receiving & verifying ALL required proof of spay/neuter as described below, Chicago AKC Low Shed Lab Puppies will refund your initial deposit.        

Proof of Spay/Neuter Required:    

1)  Spay/Neuter Certificate    

2)  Microchip Identification Verified by Licensed Vet at time of spay/neuter    

3)  Picture of dog lying on his/her back to show incision on day of surgery.    

4)  Full front pic of dog within 2 days of spay/neuter surgery    

5)  Full side pic of dog within 2 days of spay/neuter surgery        

I agree that no matter what the circumstances may be, there are no reasons acceptable to cancel this contract.  I agree that even if the dog is no longer in my possession, I sell the dog, the dog becomes lost, missing, dies, or suffers any adverse medical condition that would cause the dog not to become spay/neutered within 9 months from date of birth, I am still legally bound by this contract.    

I agree that if for any reason Chicago AKC Low Shed Lab Puppies becomes suspicious that the dog presented as spay/neutered is not the same dog that was adopted from Chicago AKC Low Shed Lab Puppies, I agree to a physical exam or DNA swab test by a certified Vet of Chicago AKC Low Shed Lab Puppies choosing at my expense.    

I understand that by making deposit for a puppy from Chicago AKC Low Shed Lab Puppies, I am entering into an agreement with Chicago AKC Low Shed Lab Puppies.  Breach of any term(s) of this agreement is deemed actionable by Chicago AKC Low Shed Lab Puppies.  In the event there is a violation of the agreement, I will forfeit the initial deposit I made to reserve my pup.
